  • Helps in vehicle allocation and scheduling
Balance Payment
  • Before dispatch (long-distance moves)
  • At delivery (local shifting)
Accepted Payment Modes
  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
  • Cash (within legal limits)

2. Pricing Transparency

Your quotation is based on:

  • Distance and route
  • Volume of goods
  • Packing material quality
  • Floor level and accessibility
  • Additional services (insurance, storage)
Note: Final cost may change only if inventory, services, or site conditions differ. Customer approval is always taken before changes.

3. Refund Policy

Full Refund
  • Cancellation 48 hours before service
  • No resources allocated
Partial Refund
  • Cancellation within 24–48 hours
  • Basic arrangements already initiated
No Refund
  • Cancellation within 24 hours
  • Vehicle/manpower already dispatched
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided

4. Service Delay & Compensation

Delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather (especially monsoon)
  • Road restrictions
  • Mechanical issues

Our Commitment: Real-time updates, transparency, and quick resolution.

5. Damage & Insurance Claims

  • Report damage within 24–48 hours
  • Provide photo/video proof
  • Insurance claims processed within 7–10 working days

Without insurance, liability is limited as per company terms.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer cancellations must be informed via call or message
  • Refunds processed as per rules
  • Company cancellations: Full refund or alternative arrangement

7. Payment Disputes

All disputes are handled under applicable Indian laws. We aim for fast and fair resolution.

8. Refund Processing Timeline
